Minnesota man involved in chase with troopers sentenced to eight years behind bars

EAU CLAIRE COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) — A Minnesota man held up at gunpoint by a homeowner after leading troopers on a chase earlier this year was sentenced Friday in Eau Claire County court.

Terrance Wadley is set to spend eight years behind bars with 13 years of supervision.

Wadley was arrested in April after investigators said he pushed and ran from a trooper on Interstate 94, near Eau Claire.

He was then held up at gunpoint by a homeowner until sheriff’s deputies arrived.
